Returns Policy

Applies to online purchase from Chamilia.com.

Items purchased at chamilia.com can be unconditionally returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt free of charge.  Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date. 

For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable unless faulty.

If you wish to return a gift set the complete set must be returned intact.

Chamilia will accept returns on defective products that are returned within 24 months from the date of receipt.  Please contact our customer service team for advice at Chamiliaonline@chamilia.com.

General wear and tear is not covered by the Chamilia Warranty. 

All returns will be inspected upon receipt. Any item displaying damage deemed to be the result of misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Items purchased through the Chamilia.com may not be returned to local Chamilia retailers for refund or exchange.

Returns Process
If you decide to return your product for a refund please follow the below returns process to organise your free return:
1) Complete the returns form found in your parcel by ticking the item(s) you are returning and reason for the return
2)  Place your prepaid UPS label on the parcel you are returning ensuring you cover your original address label.
3) Please ensure you secure the box with additional tape to help protect the contents.
4) Drop-off your return at the nearest UPS access point, remembering to get proof of shipping.  Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Find your nearest drop off point at www.ups.com/dropoff.
5) If there is no UPS access point in your area you can schedule a home collection by visiting www.ups.com/pickup/schedule.

To exchange your purchase for a different size, please contact Chamiliaonline@chamilia.com within 14 working days from the day you have received your order.
